Born in Provence, Natalie Gourdal was a model in Paris, traveled the world extensively, and discovered a passion for art and nature.
She studied art in France before moving to Los Angeles in 1985 where she learned Interior Design and the dynamic of colors. She enriched her art education at the "Art Institute of Southern California" in Laguna Beach and took workshops with A.Stevens, K.Auster, and J.Kamin.
She showed and sold her paintings in 2001
at the "Laguna Coast Gallery" in Laguna Beach.
In 2006 at The Cove Gallery in Laguna Beach
2008 and 2009 at the Sawdust Art Festival in Laguna Beach
Now, Natalie sold her paintings at "Cote Provence"
in Fashion Island , Newport Beach CA.

Provence is my principale source of inspiration. The light, the color, the fragrances in this region are very special and I thrive to express them is my paintings and depict a very colorful universe.
